Saturday

     Had a nice breakfast then drove for a couple more hours. Stopped in a park for snacks and loo. (The loo was a challenge - only had half doors on the stalls, felt very public!) Drove for ages to a motorway service area and had lunch.
     P was very fed up and cried when we put him back in the car. I bought him some wrist bands yesterday to stop him being car sick but one had totally disappeared today. S said he ate it!
    Stopped mid afternoon for tea. Weather now lovely and warm so we all changed into shorts.
    Read directions to cottage and had bit of a panic. Stopped to buy a better map. Arrived at cottage about 7pm. Unpacked and bed.
   I enjoyed seeing the French countryside, I feel like I have seen France now. Apart from P at the end, the children were marvelous with such a long journey. I'm tired now but it's been a happy day.
